Maybe it was just me, but still, I remember Moonlighter mainly due to that issue :/ But then I played Moonlighter, and 2 gameplay loops (dungeon delving loop and town/shop management loop) were at odds with each other, never making me able to get into the rhythm of either one of those. I played Anomaly 2, and as the 4th game in the series, it was pretty well done as far as I remember. While the different genres result in members of the studio being able to exhaust their creativity in every possible direction, they also seem to get hit out of nowhere with some weird mistakes. And yeah, if the bundle cost the same, and any one of those 2 was added, I'd probably have gone for it as well. Both are interesting in their own rights.
